I began my yoga journey in early 2022, shortly after my second child turned one, as part of a New Year's resolution to try something new. At the time, I felt disconnected, as if I had no hobbies or passions of my own. Yoga seemed like a natural choice—a way to reconnect with myself and work on my well-being. Around the same time, a doctor's visit revealed that my blood sugar levels were on the rise, a wake-up call that I knew might be linked to my family genetics on my dad’s side. Although the news was difficult to accept, it became the push I needed to take control of my health. What started as a resolution quickly became an essential path to a healthier, more balanced life.
